Beloved companions

The journey
You stay in control at every step—clear enough to move forward on a difficult day, and flexible enough to refine the tribute over weeks or years.
Walk through a calm editor to add life details, photos, service information, and the stories that capture who they were.
Save a draft, invite someone to read it first, and go live only when the tone and content feel appropriate.
Return anytime to add memories, invite family to help edit, and review guest messages and photos before they appear—or choose a gentle email when something new arrives.
Who we serve
The same product adapts to two rhythms: private remembrance at home, and respectful handover from pet care teams when timing matters.
A single, peaceful web address to share with everyone who loved them-no algorithmic feeds, no ads beside their name, no pressure to “perform” grief in public.
Topic guides walk through ways to celebrate a dog's life, honour a cat's personality, include distant friends, and keep a tribute away from social feeds.
A workflow built for handover: create or co-author with a pet family, then pass ownership when they are ready to continue independently.
Built with intention
My Pet Memoir is designed as a long-term home for memory—not a feature bolted onto a general-purpose website builder. Typography, spacing, and language are tuned for people reading slowly, returning often, and sharing with friends and relatives who may be visiting from anywhere in the world.
Read more about why we built My Pet Memoir, browse articles and guides and topic pages for traditions and situations, or reach the team if you have questions before you begin a memorial.
Accessibility & respect
We treat memorial pages as publishing, not social media: clear hierarchy, readable type, and moderation tools that help pet families protect the tone of the space. If something in the product could serve your community better, we want to hear it—especially from veterinary and aftercare professionals collaborating with families every week.

Family voices
“We wanted somewhere kinder than social media to remember our dog. The page gave our children a place to revisit stories at their own pace.”
“It was simple to start with one photo and a short note, then add more memories later. That flexibility helped in the first difficult days.”
“Families appreciate having a respectful handover route aftercare can offer without adding complexity to their grief conversations.”
FAQ
Most families publish a first version in under 30 minutes. Start with your companion's name, dates, one short story, and a few photos; then return whenever you are ready. Many pages begin with simple details and grow over time with more memories, guest messages, and milestones.
A memorial is a one-time payment of £89.99 (including VAT) for lifetime access. There are no subscriptions, annual renewals, or feature tiers.
Yes. You can set the page to public, invite-only, or password-protected. Many families start private and open sharing later when they feel ready.
Guest messages and visitor photos are held for review by default. In the editor, open Guest stories to approve, hide, or leave items pending before anything appears publicly. Guest memorial candles appear straight away if enabled—you can remove any from the same tab. You can also export all messages and visitor photos for your private records.
